Dear coworkers in Christ,

With mixed feelings, I have to inform you that our precious Shepherdess Birgit Steller of Heidelberg has gone to dwell with our heavenly Father forever.
That was her faith and hope, and she was always prepared.
Now, her deepest hope is fulfilled.
She has laid down the perishable body and put on the glorious, imperishable body, the very image of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Even in the midst of our sorrow, we want to thank God over her and rejoice in him.

After a meaningful Sunday worhsip service, Birgit had fellowship with others.
In the late evening she still wrote some e-mails to encourage others.
She died early on Monday.
Her physical death may be related to her heart pacemaker.

We still need to find a date and place for the homecoming service.

Please, pray for her parents who had to see their daughter leave early.
Pray for Heidelberg ministry as they have been deeply attached to Birgit.
