The national JBF (Junior Bible Fellowship) summer retreat was held on August 4 - 6, 2023, at the Youth Training Center in Jincheon, Chungcheongbuk-do.

The theme was "Rise and Walk to Jesus" (Acts 3:6). A total of 249 people, including 76 leaders and second generation children attended from 14 Korean chapters and five overseas chapters. David S. (Jongno) gave the first message, "What is Your Name?" which was followed by a second message by Paul N. (Gwangju 1) "Father, Forgive Them." Luke B. (Baebong) gave the last message on Acts 3:1-26 "Rise and Walk."

The testimony speakers were Sara C.(Jongno), Taemin Y. (Yeonhee), Juae H. (Seongdong), Taeyang K. (Gwangju), Soojong K. (Gwangju), Seoyeon J. (Gwangju), Yoanna M. (Russia), Yohan S. (Seongdong), Jihyung C. (Gwangju 7), Ha-min C. (Gwanak 3), Yohan S. (Yeonhee), Joo-hee H. (Seongdong), Elijah M. (R*ussia), Joo-an K. (Jongno), Moses H. (Jongno), Ha-eun K. (Gwangju), Seong-guk L. (Anam), and Joseph Y. (Seongdong).

There were two fellowship activities, a flag dance by Gwangju UBF, a Nanta performance by the Baebong Center, and "A Night of Praise and Prayer" on the first and second nights. We thank God for resuming the summer retreat, which was suspended for 4 years due to COVID-19. We pray that the youth will be nurtured by the Word of God, becoming a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.
