Acts 1:8   “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witness in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

We started the new year  2016  holding  Acts 1:8, that we might have a direction to live a life of raising his disciples as Jesus’ witnesses, receiving the Holy Spirit fully through prayers and meditation on the words.

1. The Summer Bible Conference.

I newly thank and praise God for enabling me to serve His world redemptive work for another year. This past year of 2016 was a year full of  God’s teachings and difficult training for me and my family.

It's been almost 6 months since I arrived in Ecuador. I arrived in Guayaquil on November 19, 2016. I stayed until the end of December in the house of the missionaries André and Ana Kim who treated me very well. My wife, the missionary Yessika, arrived in Quito on the night of December 31. On January 1, we held our first Sunday worship service.

1 Corinthians 15: 57-58 "But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain."

Little Daniel has been recovering through the Lord’s love and grace for the last two years. These days, he has various rehabilitation treatments and physical therapy. But we know that God’s grace and mercy and His almighty power who works for the good of those who love him, is sustaining and restoring Daniel’s life.
